Tom's Portrait (in the making)

I first started of with a simple sketch.

I then transfered it to canvas.

Here is a close-up of his face.

I painted it and here is the final result!

a pink-purple ostrich foot

as you can see this shell is quite large compared to my hand

but i consider it to be a medium.it is 4 cm in width and

7 cm tall.it is a medium to the ostrich foot species.

because it lacks the heavy lip it is a young fellow and a

more rare species.

note: that the shell shown here is natural.no harmfull cemicals

have been aded to it and it's gloss is natural. all this is a subject copyright
